Sliding Sash Windows

Casement Windows
TIMBERCUBE have a multitude of casement window designs ranging from contemporary styles that suit modern new builds, to classical designs that feature traditional hinges and casement stays. These are offered in double and triple glazed formats as well as single glazed for listed building conservation. The appearance of our casement windows is significantly improved by a design that incorporates a concealed seal arrangement along with a neat trickle vent solution that ensures both the style and performance are never compromised.
Entrance Doors

Our principal door design is unique and has evolved over 25 years of designing entrance doors for installation into coastal properties all around Devon & Cornwall. Some of our doors have been subject to relentless weather conditions year on year and these are the situations where every detail of the design matters and our passion for excellence shines through.
French Doors
French doors are a great way to connect the indoor living area to the outdoors. TIMBERCUBE French doors feature a twin handle operation that enables both doors to be opened quickly and easily yet still provide the reassurance of a seven-point locking system. Our inward opening doors have endured atrocious weather conditions upon cliff-tops facing the Atlantic Ocean, aided by a sophisticated sealing arrangement between the doors that ensures no leaks or drafts. Our outward opening doors also feature a nifty stay that holds the doors open in a set position during a moderate breeze.
Stable Doors
Stable doors provide a great deal of functionality to the home, with the flexibility to have the top door open whilst keeping the bottom door locked as a low-level form of security. It has proven to be one of our most popular door designs, in part due to our superb sealing arrangement that ensures there are no drafts between the doors. The image of the green stable door shows the addition of a tilt-in window in the top door to provide even more flexibility. This is particularly useful when the door is the only opening to the room and this clever solution allows for ventilation whilst the door is closed.
Bi-fold Doors
TIMBERCUBE bi-fold doors have an established reputation for durability and reliability and is testament to our engineering know-how and manufacturing abilities. Unusually for timber bi-folds, our design has a narrow frame between the glazing sightlines that is comparable to aluminium bi-fold doors. A big advantage of TIMBERCUBE bi-fold doors is that they are made in Accoya timber, which is naturally insulating and provides minimal expansion throughout variations in temperature. TIMBERCUBE manufacture bi-fold doors up to around 10m in width in various configurations and the image shows an 8.1m wide set of doors in a 5 + 3 leaf configuration.

Nothing matches the beauty of a natural solid oak door or window and TIMBERCUBE have a wealth of experience in producing windows and doors in this complex material. Due to the characteristics of oak and its susceptibility for movement throughout the seasons, knowledge of how to cater these characteristics in windows and doors is crucial to the long-term success of any project.
